By the end of Track 1 "Regret In Stereo", the only thing reverberating in my head was "This is a band who refuse to be pigeonholed into any little sub-genre corner. Every song that followed only reaffirmed that fact. Munich Angst was originally released in 2006 and was re-released in April 2007, along with Munich Valor courtesy of Bastardized Recordings. Since then this German quintet have been hard at work on there new release titled "Decisions" to be released in Lifeforce Records. Predominately hardcore in sound, The Blackout Argument write heavy, tight, melodic music that lyrically is very personal and full of lifes lessons that we all have to endure. Quality production only bring these 2 MCD's to life even more. Recordings like these only make me wonder how they are live. The Blackout Argument deserve to be heard by a broader audience here in America and everywhere else in the world. Do yourself a favor... buy these MCD's and anything else they release.Will definatly appeal to fans of Hatebreed, Agnostic Front, and the like.
