Second full CD from The Black Dahlia Murder (U.S.A.). This is a combination of sheer aggression and subtle melody merged into technical melodic deathmetal. Guitarriffs rage with either massive moshing deathmetal attacks or thrashing melodic riffs reminding of the well-known scandinavian style. All of this is played in raging tempos in songs with difficult structures but in a very listenable way. Drums combine all techniques that are possible for this kind of futuristic metal and vocals finish with manical screams or brutal growls.
