Triglav - When The Sun Is Rising Above The Earth
Triglav comes from the Ukraine and is playing fast black metal with folk/pagan edges. Their black metal is not too heavy in the guts but more with atmospheric and sensative melodies. The fury is stopped by interludes of flute or ancient keysounds. Triglav is playing since 1999 and this album has enough variation in the heathen anger and folk symphonies. Maybe they speed up a bit too fast as sometimes it is sounding a bit chaotic but then they chance to a clean sung folkish part. This debut album from 2005 is a good start to work and expand their ideas and style.
