Pus Vomit - Degrade The Worthless
Philippines based Brutal Death Metal outfit Pus Vomit is back to take revenge. After several demos and Split releases, “Degrade The Worthless” is the very first full length album of these gore obsessed maniacs. Expect nothing else than real brutal stuff with a good and clean production, which is raw and powerful at the same time. Pus Vomit´s music is a bloodsoaked piece of guttural brutality with guitar riffs ranging from Cannibal Corpse-like tunes to parts bands like Gorgasm or Devourment would use. The drums are also pretty variable and contribute (of course) fast sections as well as slamming components and multiple doublebass attacks. After you read these lines, you´ll surely know the direction of the lyrics. I guess I don´t have to mention they mainly deal with necrophilia and gory things. “Degrade The Worthless” isn´t extremely innovative or revolutionary, but a solid piece of underground violence with 10 cool songs that will surely help the band to find new supporters.
