Northern Discipline - Burn-Beaten Soil
Finland is the country of these metalheads. The band started after hearing the "Burn My Eyes" album of Machine Head. So obvious you find some MH influences on this album. But in general the music is heavy thrash metal with clean singing vocals or with little grunting. Although the vocallines are sometimes a bit too much singing. Chunky guitarriffs (where are the leads?) and powerful drumbeats. The songs contain pushing tempo or slower with breakdowns and melody. This album was already recorded in 2004 and showing a powerful modern thrashband with a nice album.
