Moker - Satan’s Den
It goes well in the Belgian metal scene. Especially for Moker (means sledgehammer in Dutch). These perverted guys come up with a surprising album. They launched their third full-length in April 2014. It contains mostly fast, technical and blood-stained songs with really good song structures. They throw in some breaks, breakdowns, delays and diseased samples. The musicians know how to deal with their instruments on a high level. A compliment to the speed of the drummer Glenn, who since 2012 has been a member of the band. Vocalist Ad can use his voice in different varieties. They even make way for clean vocals (Secom to Temptation = Ended In Devastation), a big contrast with the pig-squeals, but it fits, like a dirty glove. Will they raise the bar on their next album?
