Minds Obscure - Humanity
It's difficult to write about this one man act from Manitoba, Canada. The three songs on this release are pure instrumental stuff and dominated by high-end guitar work and drumcomputer sounds. It's a little bit exhausting to listen to this demo, because it would have been much better with vocals and less string shredding. Although it's pretty progressive, it's not all that good. A lot of parts seem to be compound without any clear connection. If you're a guitar nerd or a riff-shredding maniac you'll probably like this one. To everyone else, this 26:14 min. long demo will be less interesting.
