Martial Barrage - Call Of The Serapeum
Out of the black comes this Canadien war black metal trio. Raised in 2004 and now in 2005 delivering their debut album after 2 demos. On this debut you hear 8 tracks that are pushing the edges roughly. Most of the time the tempo is high but with stamping midtempo breaks. Vocals are brutal and done by the drummer and guitarist. Riffing s tight but I miss some crazy and unexpected breaks. Also some guitarleads would do no harm. "Call Of The Serapeum" is an album you have to grow into and then you have a battering piece death metal.
