Lacrimosa - Lichtjahre
To define the musical style of the Lacrimosa is almost impossible, since Doom Metal's same mixture elements, Gothic Metal, Darkwave, Heavy Metal and Rock, Symphonic Metal, besides they use erudite instruments as piano and orchestra. Some prefer to label the band like Gothic Rock, but own Tilo Wolff doesn't want the people to label similar of not being arrested to a box (musical style). On this year of 2007 the second live disk of the group, his name was released is Lichtjahre (Light Years). One of the few tracks sung in English Not Every Pain Hurts is completely sung by Anne Nurmi. Tilo creates aggressive vocalizations in passages of other music of the CD. Without doubts the Tearful will continue surprising all of the listeners and fans, and Lichtjahre proves this. DVD Lichtjahre was also thrown. Here is a band highly recommended.
