Headhunter - Parasite Of Society

Headhunter was first started by bassist/vocalist Schmier after he parted company with Destruction toward the end of the 80s. From 1990 to 1994 they recorded three full lengths which were reissued in 2007 to herald their reformation to record Parasite Of Society. This full length is a solid conglomerate of British power metal, melodic thrash and mainstream metal, with touches of classic Destruction added here and there. Headhunter didn’t intend to compose anything groundbreaking on this album, just an homage to all things metal held together with a modern production sound.
