Hatesphere - To The Nines
Denmark's Hatesphere hits hard with their new album "Through the Nines." This album has some killer tracks with heavy thrash and death metal themes. Songs like "Backstabber" and "The Writing's on the Wall" have great heavy sounding guitars, flowing riffs and some good solos tossed in too. The only potential downside is that the vocals sound a little on the hardcore side of things. Other than the vocals, this album is damn good, it's got great heavy guitars, thunderous drums, without all that clicky trigger sound, and some good leads. For fans of early stuff from The Haunted and anyone else looking for some solid metal, give these guys a listen.
