Golem - Black Era

This is the fourth release of Italian Golem. I also got their CD "Death Never Dies" (2003) which I liked a lot and curious for "Black Era". Golem still plays melodic death metal with some black or thrash metal edges. Raw and aggressive vocals with some multiple voices choruslines. Up tempo beats that easily interchange with breakdowns. But very joyable are the guitars. Fanatik riffing and superb solos that take their time. Because they have a home studio they spend a lot of time to make nice songs. And therefor the songs are multi layered and a lot of items to explore. This album sounds refreshing and attractive. You can buy it through their site and I strongly suggest you listen to it!!
