Evil - Legenda Neskrotnych Zivlov
Having been in excistance for nearly a decade, Evil has released a considerable amount of splits, EP's and the like but surprisingly this is their first full length. Opening with a two minute introduction the album blasts into a tyrade of chaos. Evil play black metal in it's classic form with primitive production, blast beat drums and unearthly vocals. Early Emperor and Gorgoroth come to mind while listening.
Although the album consists of just 5 tracks the album clocks in a 41 minutes so all the songs are quite long and complex in structure. "Of Wolf And Woman Born" is a particular highlight with a great melodic passage that makes a great atmosphere. While not the most unique of albums it's certainly a solid and focused one.
