Disminded - Out Of The Ashes

"Out Of The Ashes" is the title of the disc that is currently running in my CD player. And it seems, because of this disc, that good Deathmetal is reborn from the ashes. But slowly. The band's name is Disminded. Disminded was founded in 2009 in Wesel. "Out Of The Ashes", published in March 2015 within seven Songs (33 min.) is their second output which they throw to eating to the communtity. "Out Of The Ashes" begins without diversions with "Eye See" directly and abruptly, and with a rather catchy riff that immediately invites to mid-tempo mosh. But when the vocals starts, then there is no stop. The song retains structure and is held varied in melodic Death Metal. Cool is that also fast and slower parts are included in the song and this is doing very well and so never lose the pleasure of hearing, even though the song is more than 5 minutes. "No Ray Of Hope" continue where "Eye See" has stopped and also makes mood to let the mane headbanging. It is also striking here the vocals of Kevin, the vocals are melodic but at all times powerfully and brutally chopped off, especially at the right time. So the vocals press  a stamp on the music. But, and this is important, everytime the right one. But the first real highlight of the disc is the third song. In "Like A Phoenix" break all the dams which have held during the songs before. Rousing can melodic mid-tempo Death Metal hardly be. The melodies are reminiscent of the best times of Swedish Death Metal titans. Live likely this song hit like a phoenix from the ashes (note author: What a pun).

Even the subsequent song "One Day" runs like a clockwork and it gives a real punch, even if the song remains behind the other songs. But the Sweden-board is higher recorded in "Stomp". It is widely carried out into the North. Arrived Far to the north, this song seems like a ship full of Vikings. Just awesome. "Stomp" is a song that you just like to listen to, because behind this song is a really good songwriting. And here again - the vocals. Always the right style means applying and never abound with vocal effects playing but always precise metering of vocal effects at your fingertips. Perfect! Once arrived in the deep north, Disminded bite firmly there and belt out another hit in the landscape. "Welcome To Hell" is what promises the title. If we were not already in the far north where all the soil throughout the year is located in the permafrost in any case, then one would think hell would frozen of this song. The last song "Burning Faces' there are still slightly slower on the ears. This gives the whole disc then a round touch and you can hear one last time the whole class of this band in all its perfection. Even though this song is over six minutes long, always a certain tension in the song remains intact. All the work. All in all, "Out Of The Ashes" a really recommendable piece of music, and so can only hope to many more slices of Disminded.
