This Cd-r following of the underground tape release contains only obscure bands as the name already states.
Carmina play a form of deathmetal with dragging doombringing melodies carried by a lot of double bass drumming. The tempos change easily and the overall sound is dark with even darker vocals.
Amethyste also hailing from France, continue with brutal deathmetal also managing to cope with slower tempos but with a lot of variation of speed in the guitarriffs. Song structures are strange and obscure taking this band into the more darker regions of deathmetal.
Thire French band is Atrophy. Also dwelling in darkness and slower tempos they also empower their songs with more up tempo blasting. Guitarriffs are complex and technical with some melodies and strange loops. Vocals are growling finishing the atmosphere of obscurity.
Darklord is the last band on this disk hailing from Australia. Tjis is blasting darkened deathmetal with noisy over the top production and oven dakrer rotten vocals. Songs come straight from hell and even carry keyboard backgroundsounds. This is heavy...
No need to scream, you already died after hearing this totally obscure disk raising hell from the depths of the underground.....
