I am still at a loss for words about this release. Definately Black Metal, every respect, Nerthus takes you on a strange journey leaving you with a "What The Fuck" expression on your face. Never the less, songs that you can not stop listening to. Mid paced tempos, beautiful orchestrations, and if my memory serves me correctly, a tin flute. Something commonly heard on American Blue Grass Country music. If you like experiamental, and I do mean experimental black metal, give The Crowned's Reunion a shot.
