Martyr is a band from The Netherlands and may not be confused by the other Dutch band Martyr who were active more than 15 years ago. Martyr is playing aggressive and atmospheric black metal. The songs have power with balls but with the melody and floating guitars it owns sensibility. Vocals are aggressive and a bit raw but not shriking. Like said before the guitars are doing a very nice job with the compelling riffs and leads. Tempo of the songs is in up tempo but changing frequently. After listening the 35 minutes a satisfied feeling left behind and discovered a nice band.
