Did you really think that metal is not vivid in Arabian countries? Wrong! It is certainly alive and working hard to get recognition. Lelahel Metal is hailing from Algeria and very active in the UG scene. Visit the site and see all the infos. Besides the zine/portal they decided to release a CD compilation with UG bands. Very noble. But there are some bands that already have a record deal and they should not be on this compilation! Anyway the others make it good. Litham (Algeria) is kicking off and this new song is promising for the future. Dwelling, melodic and heavy at once. Kaoteon (Lebanon) is bringing nice black metal (forbidden in their country). The majority is playing death (Mangled, Sudden Death, Darth), grindcore (Trepan' Dead, Patologicum), power (Rain, Moonstone) or black (Wanhoop, Cirith Gorgor). This compilation is 1 hour of good UG metal and therefor nice to have to discover new bands. And if wanna be part on Vol.2 just write to the emailaddress and help the UG with good musick where we are dying for to hear.
