Sevared Records is a label that is specialized in brutal death metal and on his hunt he discovered these two bands. Human Mastication is a band from the Philippines and Flesh Disgorged is from Singapore and together they bowel on this split. HM begins and plays mid tempo paced with inhuman guttural vokills. Dripping heavy guitars that play standard riffs. HM plays the ultra shit but they miss a bit of tension that make you jump your seat. Yes it is brutal but there are so many brutal bands.
Flesh Disgorged is the second and they shorter songs and much faster. Using two vocalists for the screams and for the growls. Where HM failed does FD the job. More tension in the songs and more aggressive. Maybe something more attention to the guitars to step out more.
So overall it is a nice split with two bands how can do better and will improve in the future.
