Hellveto - In The Glory Of Heroes... review by Dave Wolff of Autoeroticasphyxium From the country that bestowed Vader and Behemoth upon us comes the symphonic pagan/epic black metal project Hellveto. Hellveto was founded by T.O.N. in 1995 and has an extensive number of CDs and split CDs released since 2002. This is an interesting release due to its varying moods and atmospheres. The songs are somewhere between Arckanum and recent Emperor, with elements of goth, classical and Gregorian chant added. In The Glory Of Heroes recently got a favorable write-up from blabbermouth.net. One of the more unique albums to emerge from Poland, and definitely in a class all its own. I suspect I'll be haunted for quite some time. Hellveto truehellveto@o2.pl http://www.hellveto.com Pulverised Records pulverised@pacific.net.sg http://www.pulverised.net |
