HNA was formed back in 2002 in Poland by members of death/grind bands from Poland. They have recently signed with Deformeathing Prod. and this is their debut album, although they already had a 10 tracks release back in 2004. Well, they say "Already a Legend" is their debut album, so let's take it that way. HNA performs a very experimental kind of hardcore metal combined with many grindcore and even deathcore elements. The music is mostly fast, but it has a good composition, with complex ideas, so it's not monotonous at all. The vocals of Kris are bringing so much hate and aggression to the band's music that the massive rhythm section and the fast guitar riffs have the simple task to support them. There are even some alternative melodic touches here and there, but the album as a whole is a brutal assault of hateful music. It reminds me a bit of the experimental metalcore bands from Spain...
