Elvenking comes from Italy and is playing folk power metal. They released their debut in 2001 but this is first time I hear them. The songs are easy listening and after 1 listening round you are ready to sing along. Clean vocals, mid to up tempo songs and heavy metal guitars with leads. Sometimes hearing a lost medieval instrument in the background. All is not shocking or original but it is accesable for a majority of heavy metal fans. I would say listen first before you buy...
