Elton Junk - Because Of Terrible Tiger

Psycadelic Punk ! Man! If that doesn’t tell you what these guys do then I guess I’ll go abit more in depth. This Italian outfit makes their musical stance that punk is indeed NOT dead. Combining elements of jazz, funk, and pop-Elton Junk have come up with some really kewl and odd pieces to share with you. This isn’t the heavy distorted stuff that I grew up with (Sex Pistols, The Ramones, Bad Religion) Elton Junk are more along the lines of Sublime, with new wave influences and off key guitar phrasing. These elements give the song a mysterious and sometimes eerie emotion to it. Presentation of a musical front, ahead of its time!! Check these guys out if you like Harvey Milk, the Dead Milkmen, and NoFx!
