Released as a 12" vinyl by Badger Records in 2004 it is now released as a CD by Power It Up. Suppository is the opener and hailing from Holland. Pure grind assault in fast songs. The songs are not only fast but have a raw catchy groove in the midtempo parts. Heavy and filthy guitars covered by raw vocals from Boris (who is out of the band now). Great grind frm these Dutch masters.

Regurgitate from Sweden don't need an introduction as they released a lot of stuff in the past. Their guitarsound is more filthier and the vocals are a step more aggressive. Tempo is stepped down from the beginning in the short songs. These recordings are from 2002 and therefor considers as old. Nice band but I prefer my countrymates Suppository as their songs have better variation and more groove. Notice that this CD is in limited pressing so be quick as these tracks are only for this split release recorded...
