Helheim is a Norwegian band that is releasing their 5th full length. Helheim delivers a conceptual album concerning the death cults and rites during the viking ages both lyrically and musically. At least this is what the info sheet says. What you can expect is aggressive and harsh black metal. Raw and shouty vocals with guest appearance of Jiri from the band Root! Fast tempo songs with breakdown mid tempos and all filled with wicked guitar riffs. Some very nice unpredictable riffs that give some nice melodies. This album comes also as a Digipack and includes the unreleashed EP "Helsviti".
