Akercocke stands for Satanic extremities. Not only approaching a Satanic way of life but also playing extreme death metal. Not only roughness can be heard but some progressive elements as well. But overall the machine gets rolling and after 47 minutes they bulldozered your peaceful mind. Bass drum continueously bombasting your guts and the guitarriffs are wicked and harshing. Vocals which spewing the dark topics are brought with various intonations. The foursome look reliabe in their fancy suits but after hearing this disc you find yourself in a harrowing experience. Nice disc with extremeness and sensativity...
