Changer is a band from Iceland and started in 1999 as a solo project but soon became a full band. After releasing a full length and a EP they come with a new EP. Four tracks on the xtreme side of metal. Or call it death metal if you want but with other influences like hardcore or heavy metal. The songs are in the up tempo with midtempo breakdowns with groovy rhythm guitars. Various changes to keep the attention but the main breaking point are the vocals. They are grunted on a mid tempo in a monotonous way and they are annoying me after a few minutes and that is a pity as musically they play some good tunes. Check them out to see if you dig this way of vocalchords.
