Chainsaw Dissection (U.S.A.) is the evil excrement by "The Butcher" Bob Macabre. Obviously this is not a romantic diary but pure madness. Heavy distorted guitars playing straightforward deathmetal riffs supported by programmed drums. Drums are either hyperfast or following the guitarriffs with quite some crazy and inventive rhythyms. Songs are structured with repetetive patterns but in the end there's quite some variation and good ideas. This guy must be fucking sick in the head because he managed to put 12 songs on this disk lasting about 3 to 4 minutes each. The atmosphere is obscure & murderous emphasised by (background) growling vocal mayhem. If you don't like this, stay away from this morbid executioner with a homicidal fascination: he looks like he's going to fuck you up badly! And not only with his shotgun......
