Anphisbenah released their first demo tape entitled "Initiates the Horrendous" in the beginig of 1998, 1000 tapes where sent totally free to zines, labels, distros, radios, and other underground related organizations, all to introduce and advertise the band´s music. Now the demo tape is sold out. In the sixth month of advertising the demo tape Anphisbenah was aware of the necesity of releasing a CD version of the demo, since many people have asked for a CD instead of a tape. Radios, and Labels where gifted with the CD. Later on, a pair of underground supporters made contact with the band and asked permission to release an official CD version of the demo tape. Untill then the "Intiates the Horrendous"CD was being produced in recordable CDs.
