Metal Blade is a label mostly know for real metal bands (thrash, black and death) but with 3 they have signed a poppy rock band. Strange bandname and strange music. Vocals are sweet as a buttkissing loverboy while the guitars a towards progressive rock. Songs that have some catchy hooks and they are hidding a lot, so several listening turns are recommended. It is spacy sometimes or an acoustic instrumental track. Influences from 60s bands. A lot of variation and even some hitcharts for progressive emo rock. A release you don't expect on Metal Blade but you can't complain they have no guts!
